C.  Jesus Christ, as the manifest person of the Godhead, is called light.

Jn 8:12; 1 Tim 6:16.

D.  The Gospel is called light because it deals with Christ, 2 Cor 4:3-4;

2 Tim 1:10.

E.  Being saved brings the believer out of darkness into light, Lk 1:79;

1 Pet 2:9.

F.  Light is used to portray Bible doctrine in the soul, Ps 119:105, 130.

G.  The edification complex of the soul is said to be constructed of Bible

doctrine and/or light, Ps 43:3, 119:130; Rom 13:12; Eph 5:8; 1 Jn 2:8.

H.  Light depicts the believer’s entrance into the supergrace life, 2 Cor

4:6; Eph 5:14.
